At this point, anyone with a brain understands how cognitive bias prevents humans from thinking outside their tribe. Unfortunately this is already coding hard on the right/left spectrum. Best hope: People who work on this understand (the difficult) techniques for avoiding cognitive bias, such as thinking in bets.
